2. Speed Training at ULETE (3 Minutes from Marr Strength)

Strength Training Overview
Our Summer Strength Training Program is built to mold to you — not force you into a cookie-cutter plan. Each session is coach-led and adjusted based on your goals, performance, and feedback.
Details:
- Program Start: June 2, 2025 (8-Week Block)
- Flexible Scheduling: Choose 2x/week, 3x/week, or Unlimited
- Two Performance Evaluations Included (Start + End)
- Coach-Led, Goal-Specific Sessions
- No Late Entries: Enrollment must be completed before June 2
Speed & Agility Overview
Our Summer Speed & Agility Program follows a curriculum-based system designed to develop faster, more efficient athletes. Using speed gates to track performance, we measure progress throughout the 8-week block to ensure real, visible results.
Details:
- Program Start: June 3, 2025 (8-Week Block)
- Fixed Training Schedule: Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9:00 AM
- Schedule Exception: The Tuesday, June 17th session will move to Monday, June 16th at 9:00 AM.
- Location: ULETE Facility (separate from Marr Strength)
- Speed Gate Evaluations Included to Measure Sprint Progress
- Full 8-Week Commitment Required (No Mid-Program Entries)

Strength + Speed Overview
Maximize your results by combining both Strength Training and Speed & Agility into one complete program. Athletes who enroll in both programs receive discounted pricing to get the most out of their summer training.
Details:
- Includes Full Strength Training Access + Full Speed & Agility Program
- Strength Training: Flexible Scheduling (2x, 3x, or Unlimited sessions per week)
- Speed Training: Fixed Schedule (Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9:00 AM — except June 16th adjustment)
- Two Strength Evaluations Included (Start + End)
- Speed Gate Testing Throughout the Program
Important Note:
- Enrollment must be completed before June 2 to join the combined program.
- Full commitment is required for the 8-week duration.

Schedule your Strength Evaluation in Marr Strength App (if enrolled in Strength Training).

Review the program start details and show up ready to train.

- You must enroll before June 2, 2025, to participate.
- Speed & Agility participants must commit to the full 8 weeks — no late entries.
- All program instructions and schedules will be provided in your welcome email.
- No additional calls or confirmations are needed once you register.
