    We assess imbalances between limbs and sides of the body to reduce injury risk and improve coordinated movement.

  • 2. Workload Capacity

    We measure how much stress your body can handle across a session without breaking down.

  • 3. Force Output

    We track how much force you can produce through key movements to monitor strength, power, and neural drive.

  • 4. Plyometric Capacity

    We evaluate your ability to absorb and produce force quickly—measuring explosiveness, speed, and agility.

Step 1: Initial Evaluation

We start by measuring your performance across strength, balance, explosiveness, and endurance. Every plan begins here.

Step 2: Personalized Coaching

Regardless of which Training plan you are on, every visit includes coach-led movement correction, guidance, and progression planning.

Step 3: Adaptive Progression

We refine your training—adjusting based on performance, recovery, and movement quality.

Step 4: Reevaluate and Evolve

At the end of your training cycle, we re-test and fine-tune your plan to push your next evolution.
