Eligibility for Returns: We accept returns only if a product is broken or misplaced during shipping, and it must be reported within 30 days of purchase.
Non-Refundable Items: Items that do not meet the criteria for broken or misplaced are non-refundable.
Process for Returns: If you qualify for a return, please email us at info@marrstrength.com to notify us of the issue. Customers are responsible for the shipping return costs and printing the return label.
Refunds: Refunds will be processed directly to the card used for purchase or offered as store credit. Refunds can take up to 5 business days.
