BoxMatrix
Not unlike martial arts, training in the gym and lifting weights has a foundation. The foundation is based on proper mechanics, moving well, being balanced, and developing form first before incorporating loads. No one would expect to join a martial arts facility and begin as a black belt, yet this happens in weight rooms at our schools and local fitness centers every day. BoxMatrix is a structured program designed to create flexibility, coordination, stamina, and strength. Virtually everyone walking into a training environment brings limitations and joint imbalances, especially athletes! It is precisely these limitations that keep most people from embarking on a training regime. Our coaches know this, and program their workouts to deal with these issues first and head-on.
THE PROBLEM
Today there are multiple resources available online, in apps, and books about different workouts or training methods. The problem lies in the lack of structure within this information.
THE SOLUTION
At MARR STRENGTH we have created a training curriculum "BoxMatrix", designed to give structure and order. Joints and subsystems are broken down into corresponding exercises and movements that provide the foundation of all major lifts. This PROVEN program promotes balance and joint integrity, which leads to INJURY PREVENTION as well as STAMINA and STRENGTH.

TRAIN WITH US
MARR STRENGTH is currently located in Southlake, Texas where numerous professional athletes in the NFL and MLB currently train. However, the program is designed to encompass every degree of ability, build, age, and health. While we have developed our reputation, most notably with baseball players, we have seen outstanding results with football, volleyball, soccer, basketball, swimming, and gymnastics. The very nature of the programming addresses chronic pain and joint imbalances while improving coordination and yielding tremendous strength and stamina.
