Summer football creates a heavy total workload. MARR STRENGTH® provides the movement enhancement, maintenance, and durability layer that helps athletes absorb that workload, recover through movement, and keep producing.

Each day has a purpose.

This is not random extra work. The week is organized to support the athlete’s body around the larger summer football workload.

Lower-Body Foundation

Hips, spine, pelvis, and lower-body movement quality.

Upper-Body Support

Shoulder function, posture, spine-to-shoulder integration, and upper-body durability.

Strength + Recovery

Isometric strength, active recovery, joint integrity, and workload management.

Full summer access. Athletes can train up to three times per week on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday with afternoon class options at 3:00 PM, 4:00 PM, or 5:00 PM.

Relationship to summer football

This does not replace Performance Course.

Performance Course provides a major portion of the summer workload through conditioning, loading, team training, and general summer development.

MARR STRENGTH® provides the movement quality, joint integrity, active recovery, and physical organization layer around that work.

The goal is to help athletes move better, recover better, and better tolerate the demands of summer football preparation.
