FAQ - Training
What makes Marr Strength different?
We don’t follow the typical playbook. Marr Strength is built on intermuscular coordination, not aesthetic routines or one-size-fits-all programming. Our goal is to improve how your body functions, not just how it looks — by building strength, balance, and durability that translates to real performance.
No fluff. No “sport-specific” gimmicks. Just smart, foundational training that gets results.
What kind of training is this?
We specialize in performance-based training designed to:
- Improve total-body coordination
- Correct imbalances
- Build long-term strength and power
- Reduce risk of injury
Each session is customized to the individual, even if you’re training alongside others.
Do you offer sport-specific programs?
No — and for good reason.
Our training addresses the root cause of poor performance: dysfunctional movement patterns, asymmetry, and weak foundational traits. Rather than training a sport, we train your body to move better, so you perform better in every sport.
What’s the Marr Strength method?
Your program evolves as you do. Every session adapts based on how you feel:
- Fresh? We push for output.
- Fatigued or tight? We focus on mobility and recovery.
Our system is fluid, responsive, and focused on long-term development, not just today’s workout.
How are sessions scheduled?
All training is scheduled through the Marr Strength App:
- Download and log in.
- Tap “Schedule Classes”
- Pick your preferred time.
- Must book at least 1 hour in advance.
If you don’t have access yet, check your email for an invitation or reach out to us directly.
Do I need the app to train?
Yes — the Marr Strength App is required.
It’s how we:
- Book sessions
- Track progress
- Manage your membership
- Send updates and communication
You will not be allowed to train if you’re not using the app.
What’s the difference between membership types?
We offer two core options:
- Monthly Memberships: Billed on the same day every month. Includes access to training based on your plan (1x/week, 2x/week, etc.).
⚠️ To cancel or modify your plan, you must give at least 48 hours’ notice before your next bill. No refunds if notice isn’t given. - Punch Cards: Prepaid sessions (5 or 10-packs) with no expiration. Train on your schedule without a monthly commitment.
You’ll be notified when your punch card runs out, with instructions to purchase more in the app.
How long are training sessions?
Each session is roughly one hour, depending on your focus and how your body responds that day.
Will I always train with the same coach?
Not necessarily — but that’s by design.
Our coaching staff communicates constantly. Any injuries, updates, or session notes are logged so any coach can seamlessly continue your program without missing a beat.
Is the training one-on-one or in groups?
You’ll train during scheduled group slots, but the training itself is always individualized. No two people have the same program, and we actively coach you throughout every session.
Are coaches hands-on during sessions?
Absolutely.
Coaches are always present — watching, correcting, adjusting, and pushing you based on how you’re moving. You’re never left to fend for yourself.
Can parents watch their kids train?
Due to space constraints, we ask that parents wait outside unless otherwise discussed.
(We may occasionally allow parents to wait in the recovery room, but this is reserved for paying clients.)
Do you offer custom plans or discounts?
No. Instead of offering individual customizations or special discounts, we’ve built flexible training options like punch cards and adjustable scheduling to accommodate a wide range of needs.

- Comprehensive Performance Assessment – Full-body strength and movement evaluation using tools like ForceDecks to assess balance, explosiveness, and output.
- Dry Needling – Trigger point therapy designed to reduce pain, improve circulation, and restore motion.

Physical Therapy
These are 60-minute clinical rehab sessions provided by Keith. Used for injury recovery, surgical rehab, or chronic dysfunction. Designed to restore healthy, pain-free movement.
Mental Performance Consulting
A 50-minute session structured around improving mental clarity, performance under pressure, and emotional regulation. Best suited for athletes or clients dealing with mindset challenges or burnout.
