How does scheduling work?

After your account is activated, you’ll receive access to the MARR STRENGTH® app. From there, you can view the class schedule and book the sessions that fit your availability.

Are there set training times?

No. Training is flexible and based on the available class schedule inside the app. You choose the sessions that work for your schedule.

Will a coach be there?

Yes. Coaches are on the floor during training sessions to guide the environment, coach movement, and help manage the session.

How does the monthly plan work?

Monthly plans are recurring memberships. Your first month may be prorated depending on when you sign up, and standard billing continues from there.

Is there a commitment?

Yes. Monthly training plans require an initial two-month commitment.

Do unused sessions transfer?

No. Monthly training credits do not transfer into future billing periods.

Is this private training?

No. These plans are for coached training sessions/classes. Private training, physical therapy, table sessions, dry needling, and assessments are separate services.

Is this a custom program?

It is flexible programming, not a generic everyone-does-the-same-thing class. Clients are working through their own objectives while still following the goals of the day and the larger training structure. The more consistently you communicate your goals, limitations, and priorities with the coaches, the better we can guide your training direction.

Is everyone doing the same workout?

No. The class has structure, but everyone is not blindly doing the exact same workout. Training is adjusted around the client, the goal of the day, their current ability, and the bigger objective they are working toward.

Do you work on speed, mobility, and injury prevention?

Yes. Training can include strength, speed, explosiveness, balance, mobility, workload capacity, and movement quality. The exact emphasis depends on the client’s goals, what they communicate with the coaches, and what needs to be addressed over time.

How do coaches know what I need?

Coaching works best through consistent communication. Tell the coaches what you are trying to improve, what feels limited, what sport or activity you are preparing for, and what issues keep showing up. That information helps us guide your training with more direction.

What happens after I sign up?

You’ll receive account setup information and app access so you can begin scheduling your sessions.
