The BoxMatrix® Plyo Box is a purpose-built training tool designed to support the BoxMatrix® training system. Built with stable training heights and a secure surface, this box gives athletes and clients a practical tool for controlled step variations, positional training, movement preparation, and progressive lower-body development.

Each box includes a rubber top for added grip and a secure training surface. The available height options allow athletes and clients to adjust movement demands, progress step variations, and create better training angles within the BoxMatrix® system. The boxes are also designed to connect, allowing for additional height variation when more progression is needed.

Whether used on its own or connected with another box, the BoxMatrix® Plyo Box gives you a practical, durable, and system-specific tool for building better movement from the ground up.
