The BoxMatrix® Plyo Wedge is a purpose-built training tool designed to support the BoxMatrix® training system. Built with a controlled incline and available in multiple height options, this wedge gives athletes and clients a stable surface for positional training, step variations, ankle mobility work, lower-body development, and movement preparation.

Each wedge includes a rubber top for added grip and a secure training surface. The different height options allow athletes and clients to adjust training angles, modify foot position, progress movement demands, and create more intentional movement execution within the BoxMatrix® system.
