What is Mental Performance Consulting?

Mental Performance Consulting is one-on-one support for athletes dealing with the internal weight of performance — whether it’s anxiety, overthinking, pressure, or emotional burnout. It’s about exploring how you relate to your sport, and developing tools that help you perform from a place of clarity and confidence.

This is structured, personal work. Not mental toughness.

Just real conversations that build real awareness — and consistent performance from the inside out.

  • Perception & Identity

Shift from “I messed up → I am that mistake” to an empowered mindset.

  • Pressure Awareness

Uncover how expectations (yours or others’) shape your performance.

  • Emotional Space

Acknowledge and work with anxiety, burnout, frustration—without white-knuckling through.

  • Burnout & Connection

Rediscover joy, purpose, and flow in your sport.

Who This Is For

This work is built for athletes who:

  • Feel like they’re overthinking everything

  • Experience performance anxiety or tension on game day

  • Are burned out or emotionally disconnected from the sport they once loved

  • Struggle to bounce back after mistakes or slumps

  • Want to get back to playing loose — but can’t seem to find their way

How It Works

1. Start With an Inquiry

Fill out a short inquiry form so we can understand your needs and determine if this is the right fit. You’ll receive a follow-up email with more information, including session options and next steps.

2. Initial Intake Session

This is a deeper conversation where we explore your relationship with your sport, your current mindset, pressure patterns, and performance blocks.

  • 60–80 minutes
  • Done remotely via Google Meet
  • Walk away with clarity, tools, and a recommendation for ongoing work

3. Ongoing Sessions

If continued work is recommended, we’ll meet weekly or bi-weekly depending on your goals. These sessions are:

  • 50 minutes long
  • Focused on building consistency, processing setbacks, and reinforcing tools
  • Also conducted via Google Meet

Each plan is personalized based on what shows up during the intake.
