    Start with an Initial Assessment to establish your baseline and help us recommend the best training plan for you. Choose from our affordable Baseline Assessment or our more comprehensive Comprehensive Assessment.

  • Step 2: Choose Your Training Plan

    Select the plan that works best for your goals and schedule. We offer monthly recurring plans, punchcard options, and hybrid plans that combine training with physical therapy

  • Step 3: Start Training

    Once you’ve selected your plan, download the Marr Strength app to track your progress, schedule sessions, and follow your program. If you’ve done an Initial Assessment, your trainer will guide you through the next steps.
